Brook House will bring some of our Stockton community adult mental health services into one site, helping them work closely together and providing a modern and improved environment for our colleagues and the people we support.
It will be home to our north intensive home treatment team (IHT), who are moving from Parkside in Billingham, and the adult mental health community hub, currently based at Wessex House.
Additionally, our Stockton early intervention in psychosis (EIP) team will move into Wessex House. If you are in any of these services and need more information, please speak to your care coordinator
